“ Excelente todo. La gente del hotel miy amable. El servicio de diez. La comida te llena y muy rica. Sin duda, la proxima vez, el primer hotel q busco es este.... ”
“ La comida muy rica, abundante y variada. Las chicas que atienden en el comedor son un amor y la verdad están siempre para lo que uno necesite . Me esguince el tobillo y ellas me dieron hielo sin ningún problema. Muy amables . Los menús incluyen por ejemplo milanesas , lasaña , pollo y postres como flan , budín de pan o helado . Todo siempre tiene entrada , plato principal y postre . Con respecto a la recepción , no estoy conforme . Falta buena onda y buen trato , no hay forma de negociación con ellas , tienen una manera chocante de tratar a la gente les falta vocación al servicio del cliente . A la mañana del segundo día un grupo se iba del hotel y el desayuno iba a ser 6 30 la gente desde las 6 no paro de hablar en los pasillos y no dejó seguir durmiendo , ellas no fueron capaces de poner un límite y tuvieron un trato soberbio cuando se lo plantearon . La habitación que nos tocó era espaciosa y linda pero el principal problema es la limpieza. Las personas que limpian lo hacen muy mal , por poco me ponía a limpiar yo de lo mal que recibimos la pieza . No pasaron un trapo solo barrieron , el baño lo limpiaron muy mal y había hasta restos de jabón . Necesitan una mejor higiene definitivamente de las habitaciones . La pileta es muy linda y el patio también . Se nota que está bien cuidado , al igual que los baños de recepción y la recepción en si . ”
